REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR DISCOUNTS ON TUITIONS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

1. - Parents or guardians must submit an APPLICATION FORM to Claudia Camacho at the Santa Fe campus, or to Pilar Rodriguez at Alpes 605, by February 17, 2012. The corresponding application form can be downloaded from our website www.eton.edu.mx, or collected at the Reception in any of our three campuses.
2. - A socio-economic study will be applied, so parents or guardians must grant their authorization and submit all the documents and information they will be requested for this purpose.
(Price: $900.00).
3. - In case of renewals, the application form must be filled out and submitted by February 17, 2012. If parents or guardians fail to do so, the discount will be cancelled. The corresponding application form can be downloaded from our website, or collected at the Reception in any of our three campuses.
4. - If a discount is granted, applicants will be informed in May.

CRITERIA AND POLICIES TO GRANT DISCOUNTS

1. Discounts are granted as of Pre-first grade.
2. The economical situation of the family must justify the application, and it must be confirmed by means of a socio-economic study; all documents must be complete and the application form must be properly filled out. If these requirements are not satisfied, the application will not be considered.
3. The student´s seniority at the School must be, at least, one year.
4. The student´s academic performance must be excellent or good, the minimum score outcome must be 8.5. A copy of Eton´s report card must be submitted.
5. The student must behave appropriately, have a good attitude, and be committed to school work.
6. Parents must be willing to help in the activities held by the School or PTA.
7. Discounts will be granted to only one child per family.
8. In case a discount is granted, this will not apply to enrollment fees since these include materials and services the School provides.
9. The child´s mother must have a formal job in order to assist with the family´s economical situation. (This must be proved by means of receipts that show a steady monthly income.)
10. In case of discount renewals, the board may consider a new socio-economic study.
11. Discounts will be granted or renewed only if tuitions were paid on time.
