ETON TRUST FUND
ASOCIACIÓN DE BECAS ETON, A. C.

2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR
“Concerned about what could happen”

Formed by a group of parents, this Association pursues the objective of creating a trust fund to allow children to continue at Eton School in the duly proven event of death or total and permanent disability of the student's economic provider, whether his/her father, mother or legal guardian. This Association is an independent, non-profit organization that was legally incorporated in June 2002.

TRUST FUND CREATION AND MANAGEMENT:

The trust fund is made up of the yearly contributions made by all Eton School parents and is professionally and independently managed by Casa de Bolsa Multiva, S.A. de C.V.

TRUST FUND BENEFITS:

Trust fund benefits include all fees related to enrollment, tuition, books, school bus service, UNAM, IBO, and PTA, as from the date of death or total and permanent disability of the economic provider up to the last year the student is enrolled at Eton School. In the event of death or total and permanent disability, such occurrence must be notified in writing to the Association's Technical Committee and duly proven by submitting the corresponding death certificate or medical documents serving as proof of total and permanent disability.

ECONOMIC PROVIDER:

The economic provider is the person responsible for making all payments due to Eton School, whether the father or mother, who must sign the Letter of Adhesion to the Trust Fund. When both the father and mother act as economic providers, both may register with the percentage of their choice, but without exceeding 100% of the fee.

If the economic provider is a guardian, the legality of such guardianship shall have to be proven to the Association Technical Committee’s satisfaction.

Modifications to the Letter of Adhesion may only be made during the enrollment period specified by the School.

FEES:

The trust fund fee is yearly and per-student that must be paid along with enrollment fees. The trust fund fee provides coverage as from the first day of school up to the last day of summer vacations of each school year.
