TEACHER-LED TECH

Our teachers guide students through different ways of using technology to enhance their research and to create, imagine, and build projects that further their problem-solving skills. Students also explore best practices on safe and ethical usage in sync with our “digital citizenship” workshops led by experts on hot topics in the digital landscape.

John H. Miller

Head of School

John H. Miller has come to Eton School Mexico as Head of School with 20 years’ experience as an educational leader in Mexico, Brazil, and the United States. Throughout his career, he has developed socioemotional learning programs, international exchange programs, and innovative learning programs.

Yvonne Kogan

Early Childhood Academic Principal

Yvonne Kogan is the co-founder and former owner of Eton School and currently serves as the Early Childhood Academic Principal. She is an international consultant in Early Childhood Education and highly experienced in the Reggio Emilia approach to teaching and learning.

Narda Vega

Toddler Center Principal

Narda Vega has 15 years’ experience as a head teacher in Early Years and Elementary education and seven years’ experience as the Toddler Center Principal.

Stephanie López

Preschool Principal

Stephanie López brings great experience in the Reggio Emilia approach and education to her role as Eton’s Preschool Principal.

Sylvia Karam

Early Elementary Principal and School Improvement Coordinator

Sylvia Karam brings great experience in Early Childhood, bilingual, and family education to Eton, among other specialties, as the Early Elementary Principal and School Improvement Coordinator.

Pepa Pin

Upper Elementary Principal

Pepa Pin has fantastic experiences in Early Childhood and international education, among other specialties, as the Upper Elementary Principal at Eton School Mexico.

Rosamaría Díaz-Vélez

Middle and High School Principal

Rosamaría Díaz-Vélez has excellent experiences across teaching and learning, engineering, and business, which she brings to her role as the Middle and High School Principal at Eton School Mexico.

Our School Improvement Council develops yearly, long-term improvement plans that inform our teaching practices—making our teaching team highly professional and committed to the success of your child. We’re guided by AERO teaching standards, the ELEOT teacher evaluation process, and IB and Visible Thinking approaches within “Social and Emotional Learning” and “Approaches to Learning” practices.
