Our surroundings at Eton reflect the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy—a philosophy that values the child as central to their own learning. In and beyond our classrooms, we supply the appropriate atmosphere, tools, and equipment needed for children to realize their potential.

Our youngest learners discover how to represent their ideas and thinking with different materials.

Our students are empowered to showcase their ideas and creative expressions.

Our young learners have created perfume from flowers—a special process embedded with much culture, tradition, and history.

Our students appreciate the many colours and materials they can use to build their own projects.

In our vibrant art class, students learn how to sculpt with tools in clay.

Basketball is a favorite sport among our students for getting active outside with the team!

Our students collaborate on different projects that they can explore digitally with their iPads.

In science class, our students learn how to conduct experiments, which can involve mixing solutions as part of a chemistry lesson.

In our high-tech environment, our classrooms and labs have all the latest tools and tech that enable our students to have more information, to research and investigate, and to build upon their analysis in constructive ways.

In addition to computers and laptops, our students can further their research and presentation skills using digital microscopes, cameras, light displays, tablets, and projectors, for example.

In this way, at Eton, we strive for our students to be digital citizens, using technology responsibly and ethically both in school and at home. From Middle School, we monitor digital activity through the Mosyle Mobile Device Management platform, and our designated “digital coaches” model and foster the best uses of technology.
