Our International Approach at Eton Elementary School
At our private elementary school in Mexico City, our program consists of an interdisciplinary, bilingual curriculum taught both in English and Spanish. We focus on inquiry-based learning and the acquisition of solid academic skills so students can continue developing their growing intellect and build strong foundations that enable their academic success. As teachers encourage students’ interests and talents, they monitor their progress to assess their individual growth and to successfully meet national and international standards.First-hand experiences and purposeful uses of technology are intertwined in our curriculum, so children can learn through a wide variety of experiences and media. We encourage our students, in turn, to represent their understanding in diverse ways.
Throughout all of Eton Elementary School, we continually foster social and emotional well-being, as we help our students develop their abilities and awareness, so they can achieve inner balance and establish harmonious relationships.
