As our Human Resources and Legal Department Assistant, you will provide support to the Executive and Human Resources Directors.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (on-site)
Requirements:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Psychology, Law, or related
- - Advanced English (mandatory)
- - Advanced Excel Skills (mandatory)
Experience: at least 2 years in a similar position

- - Emotional intelligence in complex situations

- - Computer experience
- - Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a tracking/monitoring system

- - Knowledge of immigration procedures
Duties:
- - Support in administrative processes in the Legal, Human Resources, and Payroll areas
- - Posting and follow-up on job openings
- - Support in internal staff management
- - Physical and digital archive organization
- - Invoice review, information entry in systems
- - Customer service
- - Follow-up on activities assigned by period
